My Daily Routine

There is lots of skepticism when people hear that I send 1-2 million emails per day.

This did not happen overnight, but took what I learned from my own failures, my accumulated experience with over 13 years of network marketing, my experience as a safelist owner and administrator seeing the mistakes others make on a daily basis, and the coaching (some good, some bad) from both mentors and scammers alike, to develop a SYSTEM that works for me.

I only do email marketing. I do NOT promote on social media, and do not USE social media except for support and a never-ending source of BAD DAD JOKES so I can retaliate after getting hit with Mosher’s.

The overarching goal is built around this: Network Marketing is a Game of Large Numbers.

Some basic Principles:

Build your list by promoting capture pages on safelists.
Build rapport with your subscribers: they must KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST you.
Do NOT SELL on SAFELISTS!
People only BUY from people they TRUST.
You gotta have a PLAN
You gotta be ORGANIZED
You will not be able to do this without the tools
You must invest the TIME and MONEY to make this happen

If you are unwilling to make this type of commitment, give it up. This is a BUSINESS, not a HOBBY.

For the bulk of my automation, I use Autofill, which is $4.99 per month. Worth EVERY PENNY!

What is cool about this tool is that I did the research to determine the specific field names in each of the safelists I use and built an all-inclusive template. My template has 14 subject fields, 13 html ad body fields, 13 text ad body fields, 17 URL fields, plus banner image url/target url, button image/target url, login ad image/target url, affiliate link, etc. (ASK for a copy of my template)

I do all the copy/paste UP FRONT and have ~100 saved profile templates. If I get a new project or want to change out ad copy or URLs, I either duplicate an existing profile template and modify it, or duplicate a blank template and fill it in from scratch.

I rearrange my profile template list to position my selected promotions for the day at the top of the list.

When it comes to execution time,

I select the profile template,
simply open the ad page (like a Solo ad) and
Autofill automatically fills in the form (most times before the page even completely displays... FAST).
For credit mails I update the credits to use,
submit, next ad.

I am upgraded to the highest member levels on most safelists I use. Lots of reasons:

I used to own about 40 of them and when I sold them, my agreement was to maintain a top level membership for life
I am admin on about 200+ for Dave Mosher.
Any commissions I earned were swapped for ads (like login ads) or upgrades
I LOVE SuperSolos, so I look for OTOs or offers for upgrades that include SuperSolos (These are the ones I call out to my subscribers, or offer on bonus pages) I pay retail for these like everybody else
My upgrades all provide monthly ads (HP solos, Solos, a ton of credits).

I rarely click for credits.

I have upgraded to VIP or Elite membership levels on hundreds of safelists. These levels do not require clicking to send. I get monthly ad/credit packs for being an active member
I have found and used so many sources of free credits and promo codes.
For joining, most safelists will give you a starter ad pack generally consisting of solos, banners, buttons, textlinks, and mailer credits (I don’t care about low-performing ads like banners, buttons, textlinks, or surfsites).
Most have a default promo code like newmember that gives you another 5-pack and credits
Advertising Blowout has 1 free level promo codes for 300+ sites. There are 4 additional paid levels. I upgraded to ABO Elite so I got 5 levels of promo codes. Do the math:

300 sites * 5 levels * 5 solos = 7,500 solos for $99
Instant Cash Promo Codes Gold level is $25 for promo codes on 80 sites. Not a bad direct pay income stream either. Do the math:

80 sites * 5 solos = 400 solos for $25

Organizing

I spend the first 30-60 minutes per day organizing.
I generally promote 3-5 programs per day.
I choose the promotions for the day, put them in order at the top of the Autofill list (if I can send only one ad which is priority?).
For each program, I create (or modify) an Autofill profile template that contains all the fields I might find on any site (i.e. subject, html ad body, text ad body, URL minimally).
For each program:
- I use AI ChatGPT to create 5 unique subject lines (why 5? SuperSolos have space for 5 subject lines).
- I use an HTML editor to create my formatted ad body template, then AI ChatGPT to create or modify unique ad copy. I paste HTML source code into HTML Ad Body fields of the profile template
- I paste text-only ad copy of the AI-created ad copy into Text Ad Body Fields of the profile template.
- I build or modify the capture page, set up the tracker, then paste the tracker URL into url fields of the profile template.
- I create or modify ThankYou/Bonus Page and make sure the capture-page redirect points to that page.
- Save, test, proof, then done with this one.

I rearrange my profile template list to position my selected promotions for the day in priority order at the top of the list.

I update my Google SHEETS spreadsheet with "the plan": my BigDogs CHIPS sites for the day, selected safelists, and SuperSolo sites I intend to use (I have stored lists)

At run time,

I just go down the list of sites (I have saved folders in bookmarks with most of my lists so I just open all sites in the folder in a new tab)
- I login to the safelist,
- check/update my login ads,
- post to available ad pages (HPsolo, Solo, Credit Mail).
- Update my send counts to the spreadsheet
- If I have referrals on that site, I also post text links (my referrals see a list of my text ads when they login)

Monday through Friday, first I submit ads to my BigDogs CHIPS sites per the schedule. I have a calendar that specifies which CHIPS sites on which days (some are daily, some every 2 days, 3 days, weekly). This is about 500k emails per day in less than 30 minutes.

I do SuperSolos until I am over 1 million (I track in my spreadsheet). Each SuperSolo goes to hundreds of sites, thousands of members.

I then go through the plan with "regular" safelists. Most days I send between 1.2 to 2 million emails. My spreadsheet, filtered for today, shows me a running sum of the number of emails sent.

I broadcast to my autoresponder lists 3-5 days per week. 22,000 subscribers takes 20 minutes.

All this takes 2-3 hours. The rest of my day is spent on "creative" endeavors like graphics, new capture pages, attending recorded webinars, list cleanup, one-on-one follow-ups, "playing", and of course, naps.

Other "autopilot" tools - traffic and submitters:

TrafficZipper - I LOVE Autopilot. TZ checks the submit status of each site for interval and available credits. You can select all, or only certain sites on a per-ad basis. You DO have to join each of these high performing sites. M3 Inner Circle gives me the upgrades on Frank Bauer sites for some great top rated traffic and includes the top TZ upgrade for $67 per month (M3 Bundle saved me much more than joining individual sites and TZ).
Master Safelist Blaster - Autopilot submits when available up to 5 solos in rotation (Solos are every 72 hours). Sends to 540,000+ members on over 300 sites. You DO NOT need to join any of these sites. (Subscriptions also include banners, buttons, and textlinks)
Emerald Traffic Blaster - I get 500 visitors per day to my URL, Prime Login Ads to all 18 Worldprofit safelists, and a weekly Ruby solo. This system ads 3-5 Emerald Leads to my Prospect Manager every day, 7 days per week. $47/month WORTH IT!
