Commissions are paid only on your direct referrals when they upgrade or renew, NOT on your downline's referrals or achievements.
Commissions shown below are NOT one-time payments.
They are paid monthly when your direct referrals upgrade or renew, for as long as the qualifying membership remains active and commission rules are met.
Commissions are paid based on the membership level your downline is currently on, whether they upgraded or renewed.
Some long-time members are still on older grandfathered membership plans that are no longer publicly offered. Because those older plans were priced differently, commissions are adjusted to match the actual membership fee being paid.
This helps keep the system fair for members and also sustainable for the company.
