Because sponsor commissions may be paid or allocated quickly, refunding processed payments can affect other members who have earned commissions fairly through direct referrals.
For this reason, payments are treated as final once processed.
If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you may cancel future recurring payments at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not create eligibility for a refund of payments already made.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
Important: Cancelling your subscription prevents future payments only. It does not refund previous payments, renewals, upgrades, advertising, credits, or digital services already processed.
Recurring membership payments are charged according to the subscription agreement made at the time of purchase.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed because access to the membership tools, services, training, advertising systems, and benefits continues immediately after renewal.
Please make sure you cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue your subscription.
Membership upgrades provide immediate access to additional tools, services, training, or member benefits.
Once an upgrade payment has been processed and access has been granted, the upgrade payment is non-refundable.
If you request a downgrade, the downgrade may apply at the end of your current paid period where applicable, but no refund or partial refund will be issued for time already paid.
Advertising, traffic credits, promotional credits, and similar purchases are digital advertising services.
Once purchased, these are non-refundable whether they have been fully used, partly used, or not yet used.
BuildABizOnline cannot guarantee signups, upgrades, sales, commissions, or results from advertising or traffic services.
BuildABizOnline provides tools, training, advertising systems, and promotional resources to help members promote their websites and online businesses.
We do not guarantee that you will earn money, receive signups, receive upgrades, make sales, or achieve specific results by using BuildABizOnline.
Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, offer quality, advertising methods, follow-up, market conditions, skills, experience, and willingness to take action.
Lack of earnings, lack of sales, lack of upgrades, lack of traffic response, or lack of personal results does not qualify for a refund.
Members are responsible for using the tools, training, and services provided to them.
BuildABizOnline provides access, tools, support, and resources, but members are responsible for their own promotions, pages, campaigns, advertising, follow-up, and business decisions.
Failure to use the tools, failure to follow training, or failure to promote your pages does not create eligibility for a refund.
If you believe you have been charged twice by mistake or that a payment error has occurred, please contact BuildABizOnline support as soon as possible.
We will review genuine billing errors on a case-by-case basis.
This does not change our general no-refund policy for valid purchases, renewals, upgrades, credits, or advertising services.
If a member opens a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request after receiving access to BuildABizOnline tools, services, credits, advertising, or benefits, the account may be suspended or removed while the matter is reviewed.
Any unpaid balance, reversed payment, chargeback fee, or related issue may affect account access, commissions, referrals, credits, and member benefits.
We encourage members to contact support first so that we can review any billing question properly.
You may request account closure if you no longer wish to use BuildABizOnline.
Closing your account does not create eligibility for a refund of previous payments, renewals, upgrades, advertising purchases, credits, or digital services already processed.
If an account is closed, deleted, or suspended, any remaining credits, tools access, commissions, referrals, pages, campaigns, or member benefits may be lost.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.
If a refund is legally required, BuildABizOnline will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

Continued use of the website, tools, services, membership area, advertising, or any paid or free part of BuildABizOnline means you accept the latest version of this Refund Policy.
